Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Information

All products purchased through CreativeDesigna are digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, cancellation and refund terms differ from physical products.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Since our digital products are delivered instantly upon completion of payment, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the download process has been initiated.

3. Cancellation Conditions

Your order can be cancelled in the following cases:

• Before payment: Your order can be cancelled during the payment stage.
• After payment, before download: If the product has not yet been downloaded, you can contact us to cancel your order.
• Technical issues: If the product cannot be opened or used due to technical reasons, we kindly ask you to contact our technical support team first.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds can be processed in the following cases:

• The purchased product does not match the description on its product page
• The file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be resolved through technical support
• The same product has been purchased in duplicate

5. Refund Process

1. Submit your refund request to info@creativedesigna.com along with your order number and reason for the refund.
2. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
3. For approved refunds, the payment amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• The product has been downloaded and used
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
• The product has been shared with third parties
• For promotional or discounted products, the conditions specified in the campaign terms apply
