Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 - Parties

Buyer: The personal information of the buyer who completes the purchase by registering on the website is collected during the order process.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the CreativeDesigna website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 - Product Description

The products covered by this agreement are digital design files, 3D models, visualizations, and other digital content. The essential characteristics, sale price, and payment method of the products are specified on the order page.

Article 4 - General Provisions

• The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery of the product, and has given the necessary electronic confirmation.
• The Seller accepts and undertakes to deliver the product in full and in accordance with the specifications stated during the order.
• Digital products are made available for download in the Buyer's account upon completion of payment.

Article 5 - Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful completion of payment. The Buyer can download the products from the "My Downloads" section in their account.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal expires once the download of digital content has commenced.

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal before the digital product download has started. After the download process has been initiated, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Article 7 - Payment and Security

Payments are made via credit card / debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored by our website.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for any disputes arising from this agreement. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.

Article 9 - Effectiveness

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon registering on the website and/or placing an order. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of the agreement.
